SPOKANE, Clean. – It could be spring, but winter climate hasn’t really found by itself out the door yet.

Vacation will be tough across Washington passes as people make their way back again to Jap Washington right after spring split.

Really a little bit of snow is predicted to fall in the Cascades this weekend. Up to a foot is possible with the heaviest snowfall expected involving Friday night and Saturday morning.

The Nationwide Weather Services in Spokane says the valleys should also see some snow this weekend, but accumulations are not envisioned at this time.

The Cascades are also envisioned to be windy. NWS Spokane claims winds with gusts ranging from 20 to additional than 35 mph are also expected in the western Columbia Basin.

If you should push on regional mountain passes this weekend, test conditions prior to you depart.
