Chris Froome drops towards Tour de France weight at altitude camp

Chris Froome (Israel Start off-Up Country) has returned from a three-week altitude teaching camp on Mount Teide in Tenerife, which he suggests has authorized him to “take a large stage up” ahead of the Tour de France. 

The four-time Tour winner has struggled for form ever given that returning to racing pursuing the mid-2019 crash that threatened to close his career, but instructed he will be more competitive when he lines up at the Critérium du Dauphiné on Sunday.
